Our
adult training program provides practical self defense training
as well as many other benefits such as stress relief & management,
weight loss, improvements in confidence, reduced anxiety, and
increased self discipline.
Defenseive kempo techniques include strikes, blocks, traps, take-downs,
and grappling.
A discipline, sport, art and way of life, the Martial Arts offers

How
Our Program Works
The
style we teach is Shaolin Chuan Fa, also known
as Shaolin Kempo. Our style is over 2,000 years old and comes
from China. Students learn to use both their hands and feet to
defend themselves. Students can also learn to use Martial Arts
weapons once they have reached an advanced level.
There
are two elements to our program:
Personal
Lesson
You will receive one Personal Lesson with your Instructor every
week. In your Lesson, they will focus on learning material required
for promotion to your next rank and/or receive help in areas they
may find difficult. In this way, you are constantly learning and
processing new material.
Group
Class
Our studio offers up to three Group Classes every week. You will
meet and work with other students of similar ability and rank.
During the group class, you will receive an excellent physical
workout and will also have the opportunity to practice your new
